BISON CREEK RESTAURANT is open to the public daily (summer only) 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Country home-cooking compliments our full menu that offers homemade soups, bread, huckleberry ice cream and desserts. Edna's country-fried chicken, local fish favorites, steaks, and more highlight the menu. Potato choice, salad, vegetables, and ice cream complete the meal. Three generations of chefs have welcomed dinner guests to our dining room where western hospitality is a family tradition.
